Shipping:
We pride ourselves on "Super Fast" shipping and your items will be shipped by Australia Post, Express Post
and are delivered within one to three working days.
Within Australia delivery is $15.00
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE:
International orders are shipped via International Express, Priority, Tracked shipment and shipping is available to selected countries
Payment Choices
Your purchase is completely safe and you can contact us at any time.
PayPal:
Payment using Credit Card via PayPal provides you the fastest order processing time. Your details are secure within PayPal.
Note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal.
If using PayPal direct debit or other PaypPal method, ie: e-cheque, PayPal may take several days processing the payment.
Direct Deposit via Online Banking:
Similarly for orders within Australia, if you choose to Direct Deposit via on-line banking, funds transfer processing can take about 3 business days.
For Speedy Delivery please email us a copy of your on-line banking transfer / remittance advice when you have completed payment. Please alse include the Tax Invoice Number in the Payment Reference.
Returns:
We insist you be 100% happy with your purchase, or you should contact us immediately and we offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, excluding all freight charges.
We do ask that the returned goods are still in their original packaging, no chemical processes have been undertaken, and are in a saleable condition.
Should you have any reason to return you product, simply email your request via our contact us page and we will
immediately provide a Return Advice Number and shipping details.
Your refund will be processed based on your payment type and what is most practical to you.
